// DIRECTIONS //

* Rinse herbs under running water
* (optional) Add < 500g meat/fish/veg
* Add 1.5 to 2L of cool H2O
* Bring to a boil & then simmer
- Stovetop: 1.5 hrs
- Pressure cooker: 20 mins
- Slow cooker: 2 hrs

Recommended intake 2-3 times per week. Suitable for regular long term consumption. Depending on your body constitution, consumption can be adjusted at any time.
